“You guys are absolutely out of some sort of daydream that I’ve had,” she told her shrieking minions, scores of whom held up glittering signs or flashing lights that spelled out their hero’s name. It clearly was a fantasy come true for them, too, a chance to spy the girl whose songs they holler into hairbrushes on sleepovers, an opportunity to commiserate over all the joy and heartbreak they think only Taylor truly understands.

What a double treat it must have been, then, when she asked, “Would it be all right if I brought out my friend Justin?” – and then the Bieber himself popped out to sing “Baby.”

“It’s absolutely amazing to play for you,” she added, more than once in so many words.

Taylor wins Do Something award!

After tornadoes swept through the south last spring, Taylor turned her tour’s dress rehearsal into a charitable event. Fans flooded the venue, and at the end of the May 21 concert, $750,000 had been raised for relief efforts. Last night her goodwill was honored.

She won the Do Something Concert award at the Do Something Awards in Los Angeles! The award — a metallic winged sneaker — no doubt comes as a distant second to the good the 21-year-old brought to thousands of people across Tennessee and Alabama. It’s the second peculiar trophy she’s picked up in seven days, however. VH1 broadcast the show last night, but the event was actually taped last Sunday. Taylor was in St. Louis for a date on the Speak Now tour and didn’t attend.

As you have probably heard (and seen!) Taylor had an embarrassing moment at a recent concert when the wind machine got up and so did her dress! But where most of us would have just died of the humiliation, Taylor smiled, brushed her skirt down and carried on! She rocks :D

Taylor knows how to give back to all those people who make her tour possible.

"We usually take everyone on a vacation, like everybody, every single person on the tour, band, dancers, crew."

"We usually pick somewhere beautiful and tropical. We haven't started planning it yet, because the tour is only halfway done," she continued. "It's really wonderful to take everyone on a trip."

Taylor Swift Performs Eminem's 'Lose Yourself'!

Taylor performed her version of Eminem’s hit single “Lose Yourself” during her show in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The rap song took on a much softer sound coming from Swift despite the country singer’s “Yo!” exclamation in the beginning of the act. During the song Swift strums her guitar and half-raps, half-sings the lyrics, skipping the profanity and urgency with which the original version is performed. In addition to Eminem songs, country music starlet Taylor Swift has also been known to cover songs of fellow artists such as Uncle Kracker, Mumford & Sons, and Bon Jovi!
